Jiri Holous

I was born in Prague, the capital city of Czech Republic. Growing up I had a very normal childhood, being raised only by my mother, she always tried to get me to do various different things. I ended up singing in the choir, playing musical instruments, dancing, playing football until my friend told me about rugby. From the age of 12 till around 18 I played in a rugby team called Sparta Prague, which gave me a lot of experience and taught me what does it take to be a part of a team and have respect for every individual. I also made it to the national team. I discovered business when I was around 17 and started my own business selling expensive brands of clothing to my friends and to people around me face to face. During this period of time, I understood that going for higher education wasn’t for me and that I didn’t have a passion for it. I left school during graduation year and ended up with no academic education and experience. I managed to get a job in a warehouse and saved all the money so I could move away and start a new chapter of my life. I moved to Newcastle Upon Tyne in the UK, in September 2015.

I always wanted to own my own business and control every aspect of my work life. Having the opportunity to travel and develop myself and mainly our team members.

I started working in sales in a marketing company in Newcastle and after gaining enough experience and understanding of business itself, leadership and managerial skills, I founded Prime Triangle in September 2017. Since then, Prime Triangle provided an opportunity for plenty of people with various backgrounds, uni graduates, sports individuals, business minded individuals, people with no experience or marketing background or individuals wanting to achieve more in their careers or lives. Or simply have fun while working.

We are looking to expand to major cities in the Uk. In the next 5 years and take this opportunity abroad to countries such as Australia, USA and South Africa. Because of our expansion plans, there are many opportunities to travel around the UK and worldwide.

I am grateful for every single day and excited what it brings to my life and our company. Together we achieve more and the most important thing for us is putting our team’s success in front of ours.

Laura Fell

I grew up in a small town called Denton. Growing up, I was heavily involved in performing arts, training in all 3 disciplines. My passion for this led me to continue with my studies at college, and then eventually it led me to Newcastle, where I graduated from Newcastle University with a BA Hons in Music Enterprise.

Upon leaving university I found myself at a crossroads, considering whether to pursue a career in the performing arts or to go in a different direction. I came across the world of direct sales and marketing and was instantly pulled in. I gained valuable experience working in the field within events promotions, sales and marketing.

I knew there was so much more I could offer within this industry and I wanted to continue to challenge myself. I have always had a keen interest in what goes on behind the scenes of a company and I knew with the rapid growth here I would have the opportunity to learn and progress.

I am excited to be a part of the expansion of Prime Triangle both throughout the UK and overseas. I am eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities that will come my way. I am grateful that I have found a position and a company where I truly enjoy coming to work every day which offers me endless opportunity for both personal and professional growth.
